On Sunday 13.nov.2022, went to Tuck Tuck Tei coffee shop to buy chapfan lunch for the Elderlies and ourselves. In the evening went to 126 Mixed Rice to buy chapfan dinner for the Elderlies and himself. At night 2130 he applied warm massage and helped to put leg up to reduce feet swelling for the Elderly who was very worried.
9 am - his breakfast of what-i-call chia seeds chapati which is actually mission wraps as kuchingnite has rightly recognized 👍 😊 with eggs capsicum stirfry, turmeric ginger pork cubes and raw lettuce. He kept a portion for me.

Deletei like wraps but lazy to make one.

DeleteWarm massage will help improve poor blood circulation. I like to eat wraps too.
ReplyDeleteHopefully it does. Wraps are tasty.
DeleteNot easy doing massage, need strength and stamina.
