On Saturday 12.nov.2022, he cooked lunch for one of the Elderlies and himself. Went to 126 Mixed Rice Sri Petaling to buy two packs of chapfan dinner MYR 15 for the Elderlies.
*** DIY ***
9 am - his diy breakfast of fried egg, lettuce, store bought kimchi and chia seed chapati.
12.17 noon - he cooked lunch for himself and one Elderly:
1. Blanched Kai lan vege
2. Turmeric marinated lean pork cubes
3. Eggs, red capsicum and bittergourd stir fry.
*** Chok Kar Chong eatery ***
He cooked mihun for one Elderly and I bought stomach pepper soup using Grabfood delivery to make full use of the MYR 4.90 monthly subscription because we forgot to Unsubscribe for November 2022.
5.08 pm - Zhu chap aka mixed pork items soup. This food item is listed under noodles so I thought it has mihun but it didn't so he cooked mihun for one Elderly. Luckily we still have one brick of dried mihun in the fridge. He had this zhu chap soup for his dinner without rice and without noodles.
11.31 am - the food items from the stomach pepper soup without the liquid soup. He shared this soup with the elderly.
Total price for two packs of soup from Chok Kar Chong is MYR 20.10 after tip and grabfood subscription discount.

3.20 pm - part of my OMAD of remaining food from his lunch, remaining half portion of yesterday's
Prawn Pesto Pasta from Morrow Cafe, OUG and half an orange.
Always useful to have food staples in the cabinet. Oh I thought you were making full use of the Grabfood service.

DeleteChor Kar chong eatery?? Wonder the same eating place that we have here. But they mostly specialise in congee and porridge.
