12.27 noon - brunch at Ippudo Gardens Mall.
12.44 noon - cross section view of the wagyu Beef Gua Bao. The beef patty has crispy edges so it enhances the texture and taste to a better level.
12.28 noon - one wagyu Beef Gua Bao cut into halves.
12.16 noon - Ippudo has 3 types of gua Bao:
Wagyu beef MYR 21++
Ippudo pork MYR 9++
Soft shell crab MYR 19++
12.27 noon - ramen set with pork and chicken in a pork+chicken broth. He kept half the ramen for me.
It includes 3 gyoza and salad.
12.21 noon - set meals are only available on weekdays except for this set so we ordered one of this set meal and requested for a cup of hot tea instead of the coca cola drink. The noodles are ramen noodles so I am not sure why on the menu above, it says soba.
Total price MYR 70.65 nett for 2 pax.

5.39 pm - my omad of suigao, 1 fried egg and half an avocado with 2 slices of bread.
I haven't tasted wagyu beef. Must try one day ..
ReplyDeleteHave to eat steak medium raw to really appreciate the wagyu beef. Beef patties like this one I ate wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
DeleteWagyu Beef Guo Bao looks good.
ReplyDeleteYes, it tastes good as well, is small enough not to feel full yet with just enough variety of taste.
DeleteInteresting to have wagyu beef patty with crispy edges.
ReplyDeleteYou may think it is not worth the $$$ cos the portion is quite small for you.
