Stirfry choysum tofu

I was surprised to see these two dishes at 11.45 am yesterday (Thursday 11 June 2020 d86) for lunch. I thought he was cooking one pan trout rice.

My portion. Cooked half cup Calrose rice which is 80 ml so my portion of rice is a quarter cup which is 40 ml of rice.

Use the rice to soak up the oil from the trout.

This is the tofu used. MYR 2.14 nett bought from Aeon Supermarket.

    2. Yes (not me cooking). Even weekends when we used to eat out, one meal would be home-cooked.
