Just eat

Dim Sum for a weekday lunch at Xin Cuisine, Concorde Hotel. The deep fried prawn dumplings (salad har) were filled with prawns and none of those meat paste as fillers so they were very tasty. The stir fried carrot cake has 3 sizable prawns in it.

Prawn Dumplings (Har Gao), filled with just prawns and no filler paste.

I remember STP has mentioned before that the Lau Sa Bao (salted egg yolk buns) at Concorde Hotel is very tasty so I had to order it to try.

Have to eat this very carefully because the fillings are hot and will flow out easily from the bun.

Steamed fish balls which are quite firm and dense with peas in the plate.

Cold and soft Almond bean curd.

The lighting that caused the photos to have a yellowish tinge.

Total price for 2 pax with a 10% discount is MYR96.75 nett. Since we have decided to eat dim sum at this hotel, both of us did not look at the price and just ordered the food that we wanted to eat so just eat and ignore the price. That is why I did not write the price under each photo like I usually do so just eat.

  2. I've always loved the dim sum there, going all the way back to the 90's when Concorde KL was Merlin.

    1. The thing is I don't even know the price of any of them when I placed the order. Just order away happily because decided to eat so go all out.

  4. Dim sums are not cheap. But once you have decided to eat, then don't keep track of the price. Just enjoy!
