MV-5-1-17 Laksa Jumbo Prawn

On Sunday 10.may.2026, went to Midvalley Mall for food and to make a delivery.

*** Hock Kee Gardens Mall ***

8.50 am - he ordered mee rebus MYR 17.90++ 
It has deep fried boneless chicken.

8.43 am - two soft boiled eggs MYR 4.50++ and hot cham less sweet MYR 6.20++ for him

8.58 am - I ordered chicken satay MYR 19.90++ and cold strawberry matcha latte MYR 15.90++

8.54 am - I also ordered jumbo river prawn laksa mee Hoon MYR 28.90++

9.20 am - the laksa has one whole jumbo river prawn with a big head and not so big body

9.20 am - another view of the same prawn

After card promo 8% discount, total is MYR 99.55 nett.

*** PopCorn food court ***

12.06 noon - from stall 1 Penang food village by yong Kee, he bought white curry noodles MYR 13.90 nett and chendol MYR 4.90 nett.
Total MYR 18.80 nett.

12.17 noon - kubis & kale is now at gardens mall since 14.feb.2026

*** Nanyang Cafe Midvalley Mall ***

2.16 pm - bought this pork trotters MYR 28.90++ and one with noodles MYR 21.90++ total MYR 53.85 nett for my friend 
Also bought 6+1 frozen bakchang for my friend from Din Tai Fung because they are having a buy 6 get 1 free promo.

2.02 pm - pork trotters with noodles MYR 21.90++

  1. Dear Mun, wow, jumbo river prawn!!! It sort of reminds me of lobster...although I have never eaten lobster. We have some beautiful fresh lobster here in Canada that come from Nova Scotia!

    1. From 0830 to 1330 so 5 hours. Weekend rates is
      First 3 hours MYR 4
      Subsequent hour each MYR 1
      So 5 hours is MYR 6 nett

  4. Lots of good food as usual! I have never ordered such a big prawn. The laksa mee hoon must be very tasty with the prawn.
