Oyster Omelette

On Saturday 6.sep.2025, went Midvalley mall to eat MYR 6.80 nasi lemak again.

9.22 am - nasi lemak chicken whole leg MYR 6.80++
He added ALA carte rendang chicken MYR 7.90++ which is quite spicy

9.21 am - soft boiled eggs, toasts, coffee set MYR 8.50++

Total MYR 26.70 nett.

*** Pop corn food court Midvalley Mall ***

11.40 am - oysters omelette MYR 18 nett from the stall immediately at the right of the entrance.
Hot coffee drink MYR 5.20 nett.

3.27 pm - his early dinner from stall Eight Treasures. Roast pork and roast chicken thigh no rice total MYR 13 nett.

Next morning 45.05
Retained 200g water

    I went there on Wed. Chicken leg sold out by 5 something, so it was replaced with curry chicken.

    Dear friend Mun, I haven't eaten oysters for decades...like 30 years! I don't even remember what they were like, to be honest.
    I have never heard of an oyster omelet before.
    Roast pork and roast chicken thigh sound great!

      Wow, 30 years sounds like a very very very long time. Many people are afraid of the soft texture of oysters.
      Oyster omelette originated from Minnan area according to wiki online. Can't go wrong with roast pork and roast chicken. 😂
