On Thursday 31 Dec 2020 d289, lunch was ready at 10.08 am. A no-meat one wok rice meal with red and yellow capsicums, coriander, tofu, mushrooms and eggs. Using up all the perishable food items in the fridge to clear them.
6.16 pm - Not my dinner of pepper herbal pork stomach soup from
Chok Kar Chong eatery via Food Panda delivery. Self added Mee hoon.
2.16 pm - my first food of the day. A late lunch.
6.44 pm - clear the fridge by eating the only remaining two pieces of
Kuih lapis prunes bought on 1 Nov 2020, exactly two months ago.
The price for the pork stomach soup is MYR 22.23 nett.

ReplyDeleteIt was my mistake for not keeping my kek lapis in the fridge like you. Someone gave me some on Christmas Eve and it grew fungus in less than one week!!
Thank you for your wishes. The kek lapis came with instructions to keep in the fridge immediately because they didn't use preservatives. The one u received definitely didn't use preservatives so it turned moldy in the hot weather.
