This is the first time I've seen this up ...WOW! This is the first time I've seen this up close. :)<br /><br />Beautiful fish indeed. I actually saw it in a CCTV documentary about food in China. They also have something like this where you can eat it cold as it is, or slice off a bit and put it on top of a bowl of piping hot rice. It will slowly dissolve and become gravy and bits of pork, vegetable etc which would make the rice taste nicer!<br /><br />I'll love to try this one day too.
