Dear Mun, I am not sure if Napa cabbage is the same as Chinese cabbage, but I love cabbage. I have never tried Chinese cabbage, I believe the cabbage I buy is Savoy. I will have to look it up.

Yes, napa cabbage is c.cabbage so you are right. The leaves are less fibrous so I like to eat them as they are soft and suitable for my teeth.

I just looked on the internet and yes, the cabbage I buy is Savoy. It is very good ๐

DeleteDear Mun, I stir fry it with a little butter and very small bit of water and add salt to taste. I cut it into strips before I make it. It is very tasty ๐
